What used to read, “Provides Psychic Income” has been updated to something more universally understood and deeply impactful:

While “psychic income” was a longtime catchphrase within LeTip—meant to describe the intangible rewards of giving, connecting, and helping others—it often needed clarification. With our new verbiage, Value Beyond Compensation, we aim to express this idea with greater clarity and broader resonance. But what exactly does it mean?
At first glance, it’s easy to measure the success of a LeTip membership in dollars and cents—the direct business passed, the closed deals, the referrals turned into repeat clients. But if you dig a little deeper, LeTip offers something more profound: the kind of value you can’t put on an invoice. That’s the heart of Value Beyond Compensation.
