Life's Journey, I started in the pest control industry because that is the business our Dad was in. When I was 15, we use to go clean out the trucks & wash them every Saturday and then clean the office. When I got my drivers license I became the delivery or errand boy after school. In the summer of 1975 was the first real 1st hand experience in the industry where I received my first paycheck of $39.12. I learned how to identify all the different types of damages caused by pests that can destroy our homes and buildings and how to repair them. In 1978 I passed the State test and was licensed as a termite inspector. A few years later I passed the test for pest control technician. I have only worked for 3 companies in my career, Bugman, Roseville T&P and PCC. It is hard to believe I have been here at Pest Control Center for 39+ years now from the time when our Dad said, Son, it's time we did our own company together. I have not looked back since except to remember the important lessons of life that happen along the way. Love to play the game of golf, unfortunately the game does NOT like to cooperate with my score. Therefore, I have a Love Hate relationship with the game. Hard to believe in June 2025 I will have 50 years in the pest control industry. I would not trade them in for anything. Also in July 2025 will have 45 years of being married to my best friend in 1978 when we first met to now.
