I’ve been a proud member of LeTip since August 2001. My journey with LeTip didn’t start smoothly, but it has transformed my professional life in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
When I first joined LeTip, I was a payroll representative. My goal was simple: I needed just four payrolls to qualify for a free trip to Bermuda. However, despite my efforts, I spent the first six months chasing my tail, with no business coming my way. Frustrated and disheartened, I decided to speak to my sponsor and let him know that LeTip wasn’t working for me, and I was planning to quit.
My sponsor, however, had other ideas. He suggested that since I had six months left on my membership, I should give it another shot. He asked me a few questions that changed my perspective entirely. “Were you passing tips?” he asked. I replied, “Yes, the minimum two tips, as required.” He then asked if I was on any committees or held a board position, to which I replied, “No.” Finally, he asked if I had one-on-one meetings with other members, and again, my answer was “No.”
He advised me to become the top tipper, have one-on-one meetings with group members, and join a committee or become a board member in the next six months. I took his advice seriously and set out to make the most of my remaining time.
I focused on becoming the top tipper and made a concerted effort to meet with members individually. I also became the membership chair, which allowed me to get more involved in the group. As a result of these efforts, I not only hit my quota of twelve payrolls, but I also earned a trip to the Bahamas.
Now, I’m a proud purple badge holder, and I’ve sponsored over 150 members. You might wonder how I achieved this. The answer is simple: I believe. I believe that LeTip is the best thing since sliced bread. I believe in my chapter, and most importantly, I believe in myself. This belief is so strong that it’s like what the late Tommy Lasorda would say, “If you cut open my skin, you will see I bleed Dodger blue.” Well, I bleed LeTip blue.
If you are in business and want to make money, joining LeTip is the way to go. It’s like discovering your favorite TV show and wanting to share it with everyone. Speaking of TV shows, if you haven’t seen the series Suits, you’re missing out – it’s one of the best, especially the first season. There aren’t many things I truly believe in, but LeTip and the series Suits are two of them.
Believing in LeTip has brought me immense success and satisfaction, and I’m confident it can do the same for you. If you’re looking to grow your business, build meaningful connections, and achieve your goals, LeTip is the place to be.
