Hiya - it's me Alicia! :) I’m a wife, a mom, and an insurance professional living in Southern Oregon. I’ve been in the insurance world for almost eight years now, helping people protect the things that matter most to them. I’ve always been drawn to work that lets me take care of people, long before I ever landed in insurance, and that’s still the part of my job I love the most. People tell me my superpower is being reliable and that they can count on me, and I take that seriously in every part of my life. Whether it’s my family, my friends, or my clients, I try to show up the same way every time: honest, patient, and real. When I’m not working, I’m in full mom mode with my daughter and spending time with my family. At the end of the day, my marriage and my home life are what matter most to me, and they’re a big part of who I am and how I connect with people. For me, insurance isn’t just a job. It’s another way I get to take care of people and be someone they can trust.

Donna Arnold is a proud Roseburg local of 22 years. Married to teenage sweetheart, Mark, and together they’ve raised their son, Caleb. Outside of work, Donna loves tackling home renovation projects, building cars alongside her husband, and diving into a good scary movie or novel. She also enjoys expressing her creative side through painting, and fully embraces all things spooky, especially Halloween. Donna is deeply committed to her community. “strong communities are built when people show up, lend a hand, and genuinely care about one another.” She volunteers as Secretary for her local Kiwanis Club, supports youth programs, and serves as executive board member for Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Twana Phelps brings a deep commitment to leadership, service, and relationship-building to her role as Club Ambassador for LeTip of Umpqua Valley. Since joining the organization in 2019, Twana has been actively involved in the club’s growth and success, serving in multiple leadership roles including President, Vice President, Secretary, and as a Board Member since 2020. Her long-standing dedication to the organization and her passion for supporting fellow members made her a natural fit for the Ambassador role. Professionally, Twana serves as the Director of Operations for The Mary Gilbert Group at PLACE Real Estate, where she oversees business operations, team development, and strategic growth initiatives. Her background includes years of leadership in sales, operations, and team development, where she built a reputation for creating systems that help people and businesses succeed. Twana believes that strong relationships are the foundation of great business. Through LeTip, she is passionate about helping members connect, grow their networks, and generate meaningful referrals that support the success of the entire group. As Ambassador, Twana focuses on welcoming new members, strengthening member engagement, and helping ensure every member gets the most value from their LeTip experience.

I grew up in Umpqua, I have deep roots in Douglas County and love it here. Many of my family members reside here as well. My husband is a designer, my son a welder, my daughter an equestrian, my sister a real estate investor, one brother is a commercial loan officer and the other a truck driver. I love Star Wars, Marvel and DC, Sci-fi, and comedy. I’m also a professional and I take helping people seriously. I started in Real Estate in 2016 as an admin employee. I was recruited to help build a team, and create a system for high level producers. We built a team of 15 agents and admin. I served as Director of Ops, Showing Partner, Business Development Exec, and sold real estate on the side. I since started sales full time and use all of that knowledge to serve others in selling, buying, and investing in real estate. I am working on a military certification, well versed in farm land, single-family homes, luxury, and love to help with anything.
