They say adversity builds character, and in my case, it laid the foundation for my journey of transformation.
Back in April 1987, I found myself at rock bottom – homeless, battling addiction, and a high school dropout. It was a dire situation, but it also became the catalyst for change. I knew deep down that I had untapped potential, a desire for something better, something more.
With unwavering determination, I embarked on a path to self-improvement. Sometimes, the only way to go is up, and I was determined to rise.
My first step was finding a mentor, someone who could help me unearth my hidden talents. I changed my circle of influence, devoured inspirational and educational content, and faithfully followed my mentor's guidance, even when it seemed tough.
Fast forward to September 24, 2010, a date etched in my memory. I was featured in the center page spotlight of the Sacramento Business Journal’s fastest-growing companies list. I had built Intelligent Business Network Solutions, Inc., from the ground up, turning it into a $1 million company during the turbulent times of the largest economic crash since the Great Depression. The growth rate from 2007 to 2009 was an impressive 63.9%.
While I was proud of my achievements, I felt a calling to do something more meaningful. In 2013, I made the decision to sell Intelligent Business Network Solutions and follow my passion: helping small business owners achieve results at an accelerated pace.
Today, I stand as an international Business and Sales expert, with a track record of training thousands of professionals. Through public speaking, webinars, one-on-one consulting, mastermind groups, and corporate management team retreats, I've become known for creating and implementing consistent, predictable, and profitable systems. These systems ensure business owners receive high-quality referrals every month, ultimately transforming their businesses.
