Growing up as a trained dancer in Tap, Jazz and Ballet and being a Sacramento native it was clear I needed to bring my passion for dance to the big stage or should I say..the NBA court? I danced at nearly 260 games over six seasons with the Sacramento Kings Dance Team. During my time with the organization, I had the opportunity to travel to China, the Philippines and even performed for the troops on a Goodwill tour in Iraq. After hanging up my dancing shoes in 2012, I found another passion to ignite my burning desire to add creative touches to homes. I founded Backwood Design in 2013, and I quickly became Sacramento's Lifestyle expert, gracing the screen on the morning local news. Although I was fulfilling my passion for design, I was missing the freedom in movement that dance offered. On a quest for something expressive, I stumbled into my first Yoga class in 2010 and quickly fell in love. The flow like movements almost dance like, allowed me the freedom and space to discover what I was missing. Oprah always says "Never stop investing in yourself". I knew I needed to learn more about the practice, and how it translated onto my mat. In 2015 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and today and you can regularly find me at one of Sacramentos staple studio's, Zuda Yoga. After a few books and hours of Netflix documentaries, I committed to abandon animal protein from my diet. People always say "So how do you get your protein?" (insert eye roll here). One word. Arbonne. I found Arbonne (or should I say Arbonne found me) after nearly 6 years of trying to manage plant based protein on my own. So what is Arbonne? Arbonne is a health and wellness company with Vegan and cruelty free products that is the leading company offering health and wellness from the inside out. I said goodbye to reading labels and finally found a company I could rely on for all my products. Here's the thing, I signed up to be a consultant for the discount and got so much more. Today I have completely "Arbonnized" my home with all Vegan and cruelty free products such as skincare, make-up, bath&body and nutrition. I am currently a National Vice President with a diverse team that is looking to make an IMPACT in this world.

Bryce Carter was born on November 26, 1985 in Sacramento, CA. He grew up in Sacramento, where he developed a love for wrestling, space and aviation. Bryce attended Isabelle Jackson Elementary for 6 years before moving on to Rutter Middle School. He excelled academically and was actively involved in wrestling and baseball. After high school, he entered the Army on active duty to support his country in their current wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. While in the Army he pursued higher education at Cochise College where he graduated with Associate of Science in Military Intelligence Operations. He would go on to Purdue University, where he studied criminal justice earning a Bachelor's of Science. Bryce would go on finishing his education at Capella University where he studied for his Ph.D in Public Safety Administration earning an ABD. Following graduation, Bryce embarked on a successful career in law enforcement. He worked for several notable agencies, such as Houston Police Department, Nevada Gaming Control Board, and Nevada Secretary of State, where he played a key role in the apprehension of several organized crime rings as an undercover law enforcement officer. Bryce''s passion for aviation led to him to pursue a second career as a pilot working for Sun Country Airlines before starting his own private operation prior to the 2019 Pandemic. With the change in the economic landscape Bryce stopped operation of his private charter company and became a professional tournament fishing angler as well as opened a laser engraving and artistry shop. Outside of his professional endeavors, Bryce enjoys supporting and coaching his children who participate in cross country running as well wrestling. He is a husband and a father to 4 children. Amongst his family members he is known as the love child between Chuck Norris and the Most Interesting Man in the World for the varied interests in the things he pursues and becomes successful at. Bryce's life is characterized by upholding honor and demonstrating to his children the values of being a good neighbor. His commitment to do the right things at all times and willingness to stick up for those who are unable leaves a lasting positive impact in the community in which he lives.
