I am the owner and executive private chef behind Tasteful Events LI, a luxury private chef and full-service event dining company serving Long Island, the Hamptons, and destination events. Unlike traditional caterers, I operate as a true private chef, meaning I personally design every menu, source ingredients, oversee preparation, and execute events from start to finish. My clients work directly with me, not a sales rep or rotating kitchen staff, which allows for a higher level of customization, consistency, and care. I specialize in elevated, chef-driven experiences including private dinners, weddings, cocktail parties, grazing tables, charcuterie and raw bars, family-style celebrations, corporate events, and intimate in-home dining. I am known for accommodating complex dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, allergy-aware, and lifestyle-based menus without sacrificing flavor or presentation.
