We have completed our first year of LeTip International’s new ownership and it’s time to reflect on the journey of our networking organization. We’ve implemented strategic changes, seen unexpected triumphs and encountered our fair share of obstacles.
The past year has been transformative. We have a steadfast commitment to embracing change and an understanding that kindness matters. We are redefining our identity and purpose, while remaining true to the ideals that brought us this far. Bold decisions, reimagining of events and restructuring of internal processes. These changes are deliberate steps towards implementation of how we do business today. Incorporating change can be alarming but it’s a necessity.
We are a community and the “power of us” will continue to be the heartbeat of our organization’s revitalized spirit. Over the past year, we’ve focused on what matters most, you. We are creating an environment where you can connect on a deeper level with each other. Our mindset has shifted from competition to collaboration. Our members have embraced the opportunity to learn and grow together. Witnessing the energy that unfolds during our meetings is inspiring.
Tackling technology is essential. We are listening in a way that we’ve never heard you before. We welcome the feedback, good or otherwise, and want the technology to be something you cannot do without. We have invested a significant amount in LeTip.com, LeTip Wired and the app, but we assure you, we have no plans of stopping. We cannot wait to announce these updates at Convention in April!
