Are you accountable?
When do you show up to your meeting? Are you the one straggling in or are you early? Do you leave before the meeting is even over or are you the last one to leave?
Who is making the most tips in the room each week? It isn’t the one coming late or leaving early, it is the one who is consistently there holding himself accountable and those around him accountable. That is the leader you lean towards and follow through thick and thin. That is the person who has proven his accountability therefore giving everyone the right and the privilege to tip him! That person is making more money and receiving more tips.
