Tell us a little bit about your business?
I provide window film and surface protection solutions for residential and commercial purposes. Window Tint Films LV, also known as WTF & More, was established in 2016. Our focus is on solar control films for energy efficiency, UV protection, and heat reduction, as well as safety and security films that protect against crime, property damage and personal injury. Our target market includes high-traffic hospitality areas, businesses looking to enhance energy efficiency and comfort, and homeowners seeking increased security.
How has LeTip helped you in your business?
LeTip has been instrumental in expanding my network and consistently generating referrals. Structured meetings and accountability ensure that I remain top-of-mind with other members, resulting in a steady flow of qualified leads for my business.
What do you like best about LeTip?
I love LeTip! What I appreciate most about LeTip is the supportive community of professionals who genuinely invest in each other’s success.
Do you have a success story you would like to share?
One of my standout successes with LeTip was forming partnerships with fellow members who offered essential business services my company needed. For example, one member completely overhauled my website, leading to a significant increase in traffic and usability. Another partnership with an insurance broker simplified my coverage requirements, freeing up my time to focus on networking and customer service. The process of purchasing our work vehicles was made seamless through connections in commercial auto sales. These collaborations extended to virtual administrative support and more. Not only have these partnerships brought in valuable referrals, but they have also resulted in substantial cost savings on these critical services, providing me with peace of mind knowing my business needs are expertly managed.
What has been your best connection that you have made because of or through LeTip?
One of the coolest connections I have made through LeTip is with the small business development banker. They have been awesome at introducing me to key players like general contractors, designers, and property managers. But the best part? Every new client with a brick-and-mortar place gets a nudge from them to check out my services. Summers here are no joke, and crime’s been on the rise, so my window film solutions are a real hit. This partnership has been a game-changer for mutual referrals.
How has being a leader in your chapter enhanced your membership?
Being a leader in my LeTip chapter has strengthened my reputation as a trusted authority within and beyond our group. It has sharpened my public speaking and leadership skills, deepened relationships with members, and allowed me to influence our chapter’s growth positively.
What advice do you have for other chapter leaders in LeTip looking to grow their chapter?
Here is my advice on growing your chapter: It is all about building a strong, supportive community. Do not just fill seats to boost numbers—choose new members carefully. Think of them as part of your sales team and ambassadors for your business. Treat bringing in a new member like hiring a new employee—look for that chemistry and alignment. Encourage everyone to participate actively and stress the importance of quality referrals. Keep promoting the incredible value of being part of LeTip.
