Hi, I’m Karli Walsh, co-owner of Confetti & Chaos Event Planning, Charcuterie & Mobile Bar. I’m a Las Vegas native, born and raised, and I have a genuine love for bringing people together and turning celebrations into something memorable.
Confetti & Chaos began as a mother-daughter passion project with my daughter, Paris, and has grown into a full-service event company serving Las Vegas, Boulder City, and beyond. Together, we help our clients take the stress and chaos out of planning while creating events that feel personal, beautiful, and thoughtfully put together.
We specialize in wedding management and day-of coordination, partial and full-service planning, event styling and décor, custom backdrops, balloons, florals and centerpieces, signage, dessert and pastry tables, charcuterie and grazing tables, mobile bars, martini and mimosa bars, dirty soda bars, champagne walls and carts, photo booths, flower carts, rentals, tables and chairs, linens, tablescapes, bartending, and more.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is that no two events are ever the same. Whether we’re coordinating a wedding, designing a bridal or baby shower, creating an elaborate grazing table, or putting together a corporate or private event, I love taking someone’s ideas and figuring out how to bring the entire vision together.
For me, this business is about more than making things look beautiful. It’s about relationships, attention to detail, problem-solving, and being the person our clients can rely on when there are a hundred moving pieces behind the scenes.

We offer everything from wedding management/day-of coordination to partial and full-service planning, along with event styling and décor. What makes Confetti & Chaos unique is that our clients can work with one team for multiple aspects of their event. Instead of coordinating several different vendors for planning, décor, rentals, food displays, and specialty bars, we can bring many of those pieces together under one roof. Services can be booked individually or combined to create a customized package based on the client's event, vision, and needs.
We work with weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, networking events, private parties, celebrations of life, holiday parties, and other special occasions throughout Las Vegas, Boulder City, and surrounding areas. We also travel for select events.
Our goal is simple: handle the details behind the scenes so our clients can actually enjoy the reason they are celebrating. From the first idea through setup, coordination, styling, and breakdown, we pride ourselves on being creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible.
