Hi, I’m AJ — a licensed esthetician based here in Las Vegas, and I truly love what I do. Helping my clients feel relaxed, cared for, and confident in their skin is what drives me every day. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing from the inside out. I love working with clients who value their skin and understand that consistent care — including regular facials — plays a huge role in maintaining healthy, radiant skin. I’m also especially passionate about supporting teenagers as they navigate challenging skin concerns. I focus on education, gentle guidance, and building confidence by teaching the importance of consistent at-home care. My goal is to empower them with the knowledge and tools they need to develop healthy skincare habits that last a lifetime.

Brian is the owner and founder of BCD Wealth. He joined LPL following its 2021 acquisition of his previous broker/dealer, Waddell & Reed. He has been a financial professional for 16 years and specializes in comprehensive financial planning and asset management for families, small business owners, and professional athletes. Brian has called Las Vegas home for 25 years. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree for Finance. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner and a CFA® charterholder. He additionally holds the FINRA series 7 and 66 securities licenses with LPL Financial along with licenses for life insurance and annuities for multiple states. Charles Cahillane is an Appellate Associate Attorney at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers. Charles grew up along the East Coast, spending his early years in Florida before moving to New England and attending boarding school in Vermont. He earned his Bachelor of Science from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, where he double majored in Government and English with a concentration in Creative Writing. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While in law school, Charles was actively involved in academic and extracurricular pursuits. He served as Lead Articles Editor for Volume 14 of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal and competed as a member of the Society of Advocates on Boyd’s Mock Trial Team, where he developed a strong interest in trial advocacy. Charles received CALI Awards for earning the highest grades in both Advanced Trial Advocacy and Secured Transactions. He also authored and published several law review articles covering a wide range of legal topics, including artificial intelligence, gaming law, and judicial ethics. Notably, his paper on underage gambling and its connection to certain video game mechanics earned him the Best Paper/Presentation Awards at the 2024 International Masters of Gaming Law Conference. After graduating from law school and passing the Nevada Bar, Charles served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Bonnie A. Bulla at the Nevada Court of Appeals. His time at the court provided him with valuable insight into the appellate process and deepened his understanding of persuasive legal writing and judicial reasoning. In 2025, Charles joined Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers as an associate in the firm’s appellate division. Outside of his legal practice, Charles enjoys exploring new places with friends, going to the gym, and is an avid Star Wars fan.

Kris Cesena and her husband Dan built a successful, independent auto service business in San Mateo, CA from the ground up. Their shop served thousands of happy motorists, won industry awards, and they were featured in a few magazine articles over their 30 years in business. After moving here in 2017, Kris ran Pinspiration Las Vegas during the pandemic and is now Operations Manager and part-owner for Laser Art Direct. Kris currently runs the design and operation of the laser engraving production line, as well as aids with the marketing for the company. LAD donates a portion of their proceeds to Help R Heroes, a veteran non-profit that she is on the board of.
