Founded: 1991

LeTip is a professional organization of men and women dedicated to the highest standards of competence and service. Our purpose is the exchange of business tips. Each business category is represented by one member. South Bay LeTip has 30+ members, has been in business for more than 30 years, and is the second largest LeTip chapter in Los Angeles County.     In 2023, Camille Edison worked with a local plumber who was overwhelmed by managing client needs and coordinating with his team. He was using multiple disconnected systems, causing him to spend late nights handling invoices, estimates, and scheduling appointments for clients and technicians. He expressed his desire to simplify his workload and spend more time with his family. After learning about his challenges, Camille introduced him to Thryv’s all-in-one CRM platform. She helped him centralize his client management, automate invoicing and scheduling, and streamline team communication. To further support his growth, Camille also showed him how to use Thryv’s automated tools to send targeted promotions for maintenance plans, helping him stay top of mind with his customers. With Camille’s guidance, the plumber successfully automated repetitive tasks, improved client outreach, and built a stronger, more organized business. Now, he’s not only saving time and reducing stress but also nurturing customer loyalty through proactive maintenance promotions—all while enjoying more time with his family.

    When I launched my mobile notary business, I envisioned offering straightforward notary services to individuals in my local area. What I didn’t expect was how quickly my business would grow—far beyond what I imagined in such a short amount of time. Today, I’m proud to say that not only am I consistently booked, but I’ve also expanded to the point where I now contract out jobs when my schedule is full. As my business evolved, so did my services. I saw a growing need in my community and decided to add Live Scan fingerprinting, which now accounts for 50% of my business. This addition has brought both consistency and greater value to my clients, making my business more reliable and diverse. From the beginning, my goal was to build a strong foundation by partnering with other businesses. I knew that cultivating B2B relationships would offer more stability and sustainability—and I’ve successfully achieved that. A large portion of my client base now comes from repeat business accounts, giving me the security and consistency I was striving for. What truly sets my business apart is the customer experience. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated—professionally, respectfully, and with care. That commitment to service is reflected in my reviews: I’m proud to maintain a 5-star rating on both Yelp and Google. This journey has been rewarding in more ways than one. I’m grateful for the clients, partnerships, and opportunities that continue to shape this business into something I’m incredibly proud of—and I’m just getting started.
