About LeTip of Sherman Oaks, CA

Hello, I was born and raised to the age of 13 in El Salvador, my family cultivated land and lived of the land. When the civil war got ferocious and I was old enough to be captured/enslaved into the Guerrilas that were fighting the goverment(Which was a common occurance), my dad left and immigrated to the U.S. , a year later I immigrated, started 6th grade and learned my abc with sesame street and Mr. Rogers neighborhood. Went to Taft high in woodland hills and have lived in the valley ever since. I am a father of 4 boys and 1 girl, I have been working as a Mortgage Loan officer/broker since 1998. Love challenging buyer scenarios and enjoy helping people achieve the American Dream of Homeownership.
