Prior to joining Van Cott Ebrahimi P.C., Chad practiced law at the largest law firm based on the East End of Long Island where he focused on all aspects of labor and employment law, including, but not limited to, issues concerning the payment of wages, overtime, paid and unpaid leave, hiring, and employee handbooks. While in Utah, Chad was able to work with winter X-Games athletes, and U.S. Ski Team members and coaches on equipment issues and technical aspects of competitive and professional skiing. Chad is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. When Chad is not working, he enjoys spending his time with his family, fishing, reading, skiing, hiking, and working on cars.
