From Vision to Reality: The Success Story of Aaron Oxenrider In 2017, I took a leap of faith and founded WDMC Technologies LLC with a clear vision: to help small businesses establish a professional online presence without the burden of high upfront costs. As a business owner myself, I understood the challenges faced by small business owners and wanted to create a solution that would empower them to compete in the digital world. My journey began with a simple, yet powerful idea—to offer custom website design and digital marketing services with a unique payment model that spread costs into manageable monthly payments. This approach allowed small businesses to access high-quality, custom-built websites that would typically be out of their reach financially. It was this innovation that set WDMC Technologies apart from the beginning. As I built WDMC Technologies from the ground up, I focused on delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions to every client. This commitment led to rapid growth and a diverse portfolio of projects. One of my proudest accomplishments was working with Mud Luv Pottery Studio, a local pottery business in central Pennsylvania. We designed a comprehensive website that not only showcased their beautiful handcrafted products but also integrated an e-commerce platform and a class booking system, driving significant growth in their customer base. Another milestone in my career was the development of the website for Maple Valley Acres, a horseback riding training and boarding facility. Using Angular and HTML, we created a user-friendly, visually stunning site hosted on a scalable Microsoft cloud server. This project highlighted our technical expertise and ability to deliver tailored solutions for unique business needs. As the CEO of WDMC Technologies, I’m proud of the impact we’ve made on local businesses and our role in supporting their growth. Our services have expanded beyond website design to include SEO optimization, digital marketing, app development, and more. Today, we are a full-service creative agency that serves clients across a wide range of industries. My success is rooted in a passion for helping others succeed. I am committed to continuous learning, staying at the forefront of technology and digital marketing trends to ensure that WDMC Technologies remains a leader in the industry. I’m grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us and excited to continue this journey of innovation and service. Looking back, I see how far we’ve come, but I also know that this is just the beginning. CWA Local 81002 NY UAW Local 1853 TN Success Story: I did an expo in Louisiana, where an advocacy group represented by persons with disabilities viewed our product and compared it to others using a checklist they created. When they reached Votrite, we had an extended discussion and they began “ordering off a menu,” so to speak, customizing the disability settings as they’d have them. We also met the criteria on their original checklist, not to brag, but we won popular vote that day. I was so excited, I implemented every single point they requested and revamped the entire program for Louisiana. Although, the reward did not pan out as anticipated at the time I’d hoped, I decided one day to bring the system to some of my uniquely abled athletes in New York, whom I have been training for years, through fitness. Without much explanation, they accomplished it with ease. One athlete with quadriplegia, used the head mouse to vote for her brand new chair color. It was a hit, I felt I had won. Later, I won big. A few of them committed to working with or for me, whichever permits, as a Poll Worker. This may very well become their careers one day. I knew then the value of taking such care of the voter. We trained together, the system was customized to order, they succeeded. They are now equals among the voting population and they are such high achievers, they want to contribute long-term to our democracy and to Votrite. It is one of the most honorable achievements of my life so far and I hope to have the opportunity to see it through.

Headline: A Brush with Success: An Unexpected Partnership Yields Big Results I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly unexpected partnership within LeTip. While Steve Catalano, painter, may not be the first person you'd think of as a power partner, his referrals have consistently proven to be high-quality leads. For instance, Six months ago, Steve referred a client who was in need of home care. This client was a perfect fit. We are now caring and assisting both the husband and the wife. We are providing meals, organization, transportation, light housekeeping and companionship on a daily basis. What makes this partnership so unique is that Steve operates in a seemingly unrelated industry. However, he has a keen eye for business opportunities and a genuine desire to help fellow members. His referrals often come from clients who are looking for additional services, making them ideal candidates for my business. This experience has taught me the value of building strong relationships with all members of my LeTip chapter, regardless of their industry. By fostering a culture of trust and collaboration, we can uncover unexpected opportunities and achieve greater success together.

I've gained a lot of knowledge over the past twenty plus years, by working in various areas of the design industry. Learning about everything from window coverings to kitchen and bath remodeling. I've had the privilege of working alongside experienced professionals, who mentored me in many of these areas. I have successfully applied these many skills and lessons learned over the years to my own business of interior design, with full kitchen and bath remodels as my specialty. I pride myself in providing excellent customer service, communication, and industry knowledge to my clients. I help my clients feel at ease with the design process, as I navigate them through tough design decisions to achieve the results they want for their home. Growing up, hustling wasn’t just a mindset—it was a way of life. My parents, who worked tirelessly to provide for us, instilled in me the importance of hard work, resilience, and the value of every opportunity. Despite my drive and determination, I spent years uncertain about my future. I juggled different career aspirations, wrestling with what direction to take. At one point, I envisioned myself wearing a badge, serving my community as a police officer. Other times, I saw myself in front of a classroom, inspiring the next generation as a teacher. While both paths seemed rewarding, neither felt like the perfect fit for me. Through it all, one thing remained constant: my determination to create a meaningful career that combined financial security with the opportunity to help others. That’s when I turned my focus to the world of insurance and finance. I dedicated myself to studying for my exams, pouring the same hustle and work ethic into this new path that I had learned as a child. Today, I’m proud to be a registered representative with New York Life. This career has allowed me to merge my passion for helping people with my drive to build something lasting for myself and my future.
