I earned my 2nd-degree black belt in Kempo and taught martial arts from the age of 10 through 22, helping run classes and mentor students of all ages. The discipline, patience, and leadership I developed through those years continue to shape how I approach my work with clients today. When I’m not working, you can usually find me following football as a lifelong New York Giants fan.
