Growing up in the floral industry, I always dreamed of owning my own flower shop. That finally happened in 2000. Since then I have attended many classes, design shows and symposiums. This year I have achieved my CFD (Certified Floral Designer) and also passed my PFDE Professional Floral Design Evaluation). What this means next year I will be inducted into the AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers). There are only approximately 1400 AIFD members in the country.
