Alison Zabriskie is a Life Health and Disability Insurance who works at New York Life

Anna grew up in Portland, but spent time living in Eugene where she received a BA in Communications, from Bushnell University. It was there she met her husband, Brent, and moved back to the Portland Metro area. However, Anna and Brent felt Portland wasn't the place they wanted to raise their three kids, so moved to McMinnville in 2016. Although most of Anna's family lives out of state, McMinnville feels like home to her. She loves living, serving, growing and experiencing this community. That includes other neighboring Yamhill County towns and cities as well. Whether she's kayaking at Roger's Landing, wine tasting in Carlton, hanging out at Friday Nights in Dayton, picking up a Blue Raven pie in Amity, or serving on the board of directors for the McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce, Anna can often be seen out socializing. She loves this community, and the people in it. Anna has worked in the real estate industry for 6 years, and has had her eye on working at Ticor Title for a number of years. She has always been impressed by Ticor's service, their brand, and how they treat their employees. Ticor is also community minded, which is very important to Anna. She's happy to be a part of the team.

My husband and I own Chris James Cellars, a family owned and operated vineyard and winery that produces unique and interesting wines in Carlton, Oregon. The vineyard was first planted in 2012, with additional blocks planted in each year since. We now have 25 acres planted with 16 different varietals. In 2015 we produced our first lots of Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc and have since expanded our wine selection to offer hand-crafted lots of Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Dolcetto, Lagrein, Barbera, Cab Franc and more. Our approach to white wines is to emphasize and preserve the varietal aromatics, flavor and acidity. In red wines we seek to develop intense flavors through harvest decisions and winemaking techniques during fermentation and focus on mouthfeel and silky texture during maturation. We now have two amazing tasting rooms to visit. The Estate Tasting Room is open Friday through Sunday, 12-5pm (March to November) and by appointment year round. It is located at our vineyard - 12000 NW Old Wagon Rd., Carlton, OR 97111. The McMinnville Tasting Room is open year round Sunday-Thursday 12-6pm, and Friday/Saturday 12-8pm. It is located at 645 NE 3rd St., McMinnville, OR 97128.

Carl Simianer is a Heating and Air Conditioning who works at Project Solutions Heating & Cooling

Chris was born in Seattle Washington and spent his Elementary years in the suburbs of Seattle. In 1982 at the age of twelve his family moved to McMinnville and he spent most of the remaining years of his life here in 1992. He met his future wife Kamie in La Grande Oregon while attending Eastern Oregon State. In 1997 he made two of the best decisions of his life: first he said "I will" to the Lord second he said "I do" to his beautiful wife Kamie and they have enjoyed raising three beautiful girls together. On February 1st of 1996 Chris began working for the family business Acupro Oregon as a computer technician. He now has over more than 25 years in the computer industry. Chris has been an active member of Abundant Life Pentecostal church for over 25 years and along with that enjoys hiking to, and fishing at, Alpine Lakes, mushroom hunting and is looking forward to truffle hunting with his new family dog Bowdrie.

I returned to my hometown of McMinnville, Oregon in 2009 and I'm proud to have served the real estate community in the role of Business Development from the time of my return to 2017. After several years of helping to grow other realtors’ business’ I decided to start growing my own. I started the Willamette Valley Real Estate Team at Bella Casa. In my time away from McMinnville I studied business and received a degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development. I’m married to my amazing bride Julie and together we have 3 boys and have recently taken in two girls that we hope will join our family permanently. I’m passionate about serving my community through the Church and other local nonprofits. I’m a past Chair of the McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce and am driven by the opportunity to help people and organizations reach their dreams and fullest potential. I guess you could say that's my why. Larissa began her career with Farmers Insurance in 1996 as a claims adjuster negotiating settlements for injury claims and determining fault in accidents. After 5 years, she was ready to start her own agency. She has built it into a successful agency that is still thriving 20+ years later. Larissa feels blessed to own a small business even though it has been one of the most challenging things she has done. She loves taking care of her clients and educating them on the insurance products that will best serve them. She is a mom of 3 girls and one boy, and she and her husband live on a small farm in Dundee. Larissa is the proud wife of a retired Major in the Air National Guard. She keeps busy being President of the Dundee Community Committee and serving on the LeTip of McMinnville board.

Leading the industry in Yamhill county, his was the first shop to “go green” with waterborne paint. With a variety of services ranging from automotive body repair & paint, to all-inclusive RV Repairs (excluding engine/drive train), to custom spray in bedliners & accessories, Steve’s shop can’t be beat. As a father of 2 & loving husband, Steve puts family first. Together his family enjoys off-road racing as active members of 4-At-A-Time, a racing club within the Pacific Northwest Four Wheel Drive Association. Steve believes in fixing things the right way every time. If the repairs are good enough for his wife or mother, they are good enough for his customers. At the same time, anyone can offer customer service when things are going well. When there is a problem with a repair and the shop is able to handle things professionally and make the customer happy, that’s how they know they’ve picked the right shop.
