I grew up in Connecticut, went to Tufts University, and then studied medicine at Boston University. I commissioned in the Army to develop my leadership skills, and subsequently moved to Las Vegas to reunite with my family. I continued working in healthcare operations and management for many years, but ultimately found the American healthcare system was not a fulfilling experience. So I decided to leave the industry and follow in my father's footsteps as an entrepreneur. I came across the virtual assistant industry, which is most rapidly expanding in The Philippines.
