I began my construction career in 2017, working as a project coordinator for an interior construction company servicing only NYC. At the end of 2020, I made the switch to exterior construction and joined Good Guys Contracting, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow and expand my skill set. Good Guys Contracting, founded in 2010 and based in West Babylon, serves clients from Brooklyn to Montauk. We’re certified installers for GAF roofing, Andersen windows and doors, and Marvin windows and doors, as well as an Elite Preferred Contractor for James Hardie siding—proud to be one of only two Elite Preferred installers for James Hardie on Long Island. I started as an office manager and transitioned to the estimating department as an inside sales consultant at the beginning of 2023. By mid-2023, I moved into the role of outside sales consultant, where I discovered my passion for design and helping homeowners bring their exterior renovation ideas to life. All of my expertise comes from hands-on experience and in-house training, and I’m dedicated to creating a smooth and positive experience for every homeowner I work with. Outside of my work in construction, I’m passionate about personal growth. In my free time, I love reading (both fiction and nonfiction), journaling, and constantly looking for ways to improve professionally and personally.

My name is Jennifer Sinacore, I am the broker/owner of JLS Real Estate Group a full service real estate company. I received my real estate license in December 2008. At that time I was also a horse trainer/instructor where I was disciplined in English Hunter/Jumper training, instructing, and competitive showing. My students, the horses I trained and I began showing up and down the east coast circuit where I had many contacts along the way. During that time I started primarily selling horse properties. In 2010 I completed my first short sale, which intrigued my interest and I became a short sale specialist negotiating short sales for sellers, attorneys, and other real estate agents. In that time I had developed many relationships with investors which led me into property and project management and real estate risk analysis. As a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of practice in the medical field having specialized experience in treatment of patients with illnesses including Cancer, Lou Gehrig’s Disease, Multiple Scoliosis, Cerebral Palsy, Lymphedema; I have the knowledge, understanding and compassion for the patient. Treatment plans include Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy; and are further customized to the injury or post/pre-surgical needs of the patient. I have developed personalized treatment plans for Pregnancy and Children. As a graduate of the Swedish Institute of New York City; my specific skills were enhanced at the Ronald McDonald House, Beth Israel Hospice, US Open and the Dialysis Center in New York City. An active Bi-lingual member of the community volunteering for various charitable organizations. Swimming with the Dolphins and vacationing on cruises with my family provides balance and tranquility.

Lora started her career in 1986 for a small father-daughter law firm in East Islip, New York. Lora diversified her industry experience while working for the law offices of Zavatsky, Mendelsohn, Gross, Savino & Levy, LLP. Lora honed her concentration in real estate by launching a title company for the law offices of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. and then opening a branch office for the Rochester based Title and Abstract Company, United Abstract and Research, Inc. This has enabled Lora to found and run her two aforementioned businesses which specialize in being a full service title company and well as providing back office expert legal support for attorneys. Lora has further expanded her career and is corporate broke owner of Touchdown Homes, Inc. and is Military Relocation Certified. This enables Lora to educate Sellers and Buyers throught out the real estate transaction. She continues to complete continuing educating classes to sharpen her skills and provides to clients unparallel expertise in the real estate industry. Lora’s Paralegal knowledge and experience has provided the foundation for her expansive career. Lora believes that “you should never give up the opportunity to grow”. Lora is a resident of Islip Terrace, currently engaged to Michael J. Gilberg, Jr. and has two children: Robert, a gradate SUNY Buffalo Computer Engineering Program and currently employed and Gregory, who works part-time with Touchdown Abstract Services as an Office Assistant while finding his own path, a rescued Pit Bull-Belle and Rex an American Bully. Lora’s friends say that when you have a question, issue or emergency; “call Lora”.

Richard Bukzin is a leader in financial services as the owner of Richard Bukzin MST, where he serves as a premier tax consultant. In my role, I provide consulting on individual, corporate, state and federal tax forms. I also offer payroll and bookkeeping services. I am registered in New York and with the IRS. Richard Bukzin MST was formed in February 2021 in the midst of the covid pandemic. I look forward to expanding Richard Bukzin MST to help as many families and businesses as possible reach their objectives. Since 2022 while maintaining Richard Bukzin MST, I have been a senior accountant for the Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation, a public benefit corporation that offers off-track wagering for thoroughbred and harness racing and video lottery gaming entertainment and hospitality. I was an accountant for the Town of East Hampton from 2017 to 2022 after garnering experience as an accountant trainee between 2016 and 2017. I worked as an accounting intern from 2014 to 2015 and as an accountant between 2015 and 2016 for a not for profit Family Residences Essential Enterprises. My success can be attributed to my education at the State University of New York at Albany, where I received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Science in taxation in 2013 and 2014, respectively. In my free time I am with my beautiful wife Amber and our kids Daniel 6, and Isabella 2.

Steve Klein is a licensed mortgage loan officer working for Fairway Mortgage. He is licensed in both New York and Florida. Steve started his Mortgage Career at 16 years old at Aames Home Loan in Westbury NY. Steve Worked at Aames Home Loan until 2007 as a Senior Processor. In mid 2007 Steve started to work at CapStar Mortgage based in Melville NY. At CapStar Steve continued to work as a Senior Processor and that is where he completed all of the necessary tasks to become a licensed mortgage loan officer. Once he had these licensing requirements, he went to work for Continental Home Loans headquartered in Melville NY in July of 2008. He worked in the Melville location until 2013 and at that time he transferred to the Patchogue NY office Of Continental. Steve transferred to take on a new role of Branch Manager within the company. With this new position Steve oversaw both the sales team and operations team which typically consisted of 30-35 team members. In 2014 Continental merged with Freedom Mortgage. Steve continued to serve in this role until 2022 when he left to work at Movement Mortgage. Steve left Movement to join Fairway Mortgage in February 2025. At Fairway Mortgage Steve has continued to work as a Senior Loan Officer. Steve met his Wife Jill while working at Continental Home loans in 2009. Steve and Jill married in April of 2012. They have 3 beautiful daughters together along with two rescue dogs. They currently reside in Nassau County NY. When not working Steve likes to spend as much time with his family as possible. Additionally, he is an avid sports fan and roots for the New York Mets, New York islanders, New York Knicks and St. John's Red Storm basketball team.
