I began my construction career in 2017, working as a project coordinator for an interior construction company servicing only NYC. At the end of 2020, I made the switch to exterior construction and joined Good Guys Contracting, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow and expand my skill set. Good Guys Contracting, founded in 2010 and based in West Babylon, serves clients from Brooklyn to Montauk. We’re certified installers for GAF roofing, Andersen windows and doors, and Marvin windows and doors, as well as an Elite Preferred Contractor for James Hardie siding—proud to be one of only two Elite Preferred installers for James Hardie on Long Island. I started as an office manager and transitioned to the estimating department as an inside sales consultant at the beginning of 2023. By mid-2023, I moved into the role of outside sales consultant, where I discovered my passion for design and helping homeowners bring their exterior renovation ideas to life. All of my expertise comes from hands-on experience and in-house training, and I’m dedicated to creating a smooth and positive experience for every homeowner I work with. Outside of my work in construction, I’m passionate about personal growth. In my free time, I love reading (both fiction and nonfiction), journaling, and constantly looking for ways to improve professionally and personally.

I’m a New York real estate sales person committed to helping buyers, sellers, and homeowners make confident decisions about one of their biggest investments. Before entering real estate, I built my career in the construction industry, including years of experience as an electrician. That background gives me a unique perspective when looking at homes and allows me to bring practical, real-world knowledge to the buying and selling process. Whether someone is preparing to sell their home, searching for the right property, or simply has questions about the local real estate market, my goal is to be a trusted resource they can turn to. I believe great real estate relationships are built on communication, honesty, hard work, and putting the client’s needs first. I’m always happy to have a conversation, even if someone isn’t ready to make a move yet. If you know someone who is thinking about buying or selling a home, I’d appreciate the opportunity to be introduced and see how I can help.

With extensive experience in real estate, property management, and short sale negotiations, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate every stage of property ownership with professionalism, integrity, and knowledgeable, personalized service. I specialize in residential property management, overseeing the day-to-day operations of rental properties on behalf of property owners and investors. My services include marketing rental properties, tenant placement and screening, lease administration, rent collection, coordinating routine and emergency maintenance, managing vendors and service providers, and helping ensure properties are properly maintained and efficiently operated. My goal is to protect my clients’ investments while reducing the stress and time involved in managing rental properties through proactive communication, organized systems, and dependable oversight. I also specialize in short sale negotiations and assisting homeowners experiencing financial hardship. A short sale may allow a homeowner to sell a property for less than the total amount owed on the mortgage, subject to lender approval, as a potential alternative to foreclosure. I help guide homeowners through this complex process by coordinating documentation, preparing and submitting short sale packages, communicating and negotiating with mortgage servicers and loss mitigation departments, responding to lender requests, monitoring valuations and approvals, and working to move the file toward a successful resolution. I understand that homeowners facing financial hardship are often dealing with much more than a real estate transaction. My approach is compassionate, confidential, and solution-focused. I take the time to help clients understand their situation, explore available options, and navigate the process without pressure or judgment. Whether you are a property owner seeking dependable management, an investor looking to protect and grow your portfolio, a homeowner navigating financial hardship, or someone looking to buy or sell real estate, my commitment is to provide honest guidance, responsive communication, strong advocacy, and solutions designed around your best interests.
