Christian Chappell’s Success Story — The Vision Behind Quicksave When Christian Chappell first launched Quicksave, he had one goal in mind — to revolutionize how local businesses connect with customers. What started as a simple idea to help mom-and-pop shops compete with big chains has evolved into one of Central Pennsylvania’s most innovative community-driven marketing platforms, now expanding into markets like King of Prussia, Hershey, and Memphis, Tennessee. Christian’s journey began with a passion for entrepreneurship and community impact. He saw firsthand how small businesses struggled to keep up with digital trends and expensive advertising models. His solution was Quicksave — a mobile app and marketing ecosystem that gives users instant, location-based offers, while giving businesses affordable visibility through tools like table tent QR codes, augmented reality promotions, and geo-fenced savings alerts. The Partnership That Brought Quicksave to Life To bring his vision to reality, Christian partnered with Seisan Consulting, a respected software development firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. With over 25 years of experience in digital innovation, Seisan’s team became an essential force behind Quicksave’s technical foundation. Together, Christian and Seisan’s developers engineered the Quicksave mobile app from the ground up — integrating real-time location tracking, augmented reality (AR) capabilities, merchant dashboards, and seamless in-app redemption systems. Their collaboration ensured Quicksave wasn’t just functional, but fast, secure, and scalable for expansion into multiple states. Seisan’s developers worked closely with Christian to design: A cross-platform iOS and Android app with a clean, intuitive interface. Geo-fenced deal mapping, allowing offers to appear only when users are near participating businesses. Merchant management tools so business owners can easily add, edit, and track their offers. AR-powered gamification, which lets users engage with interactive rewards and discover new local favorites in creative ways. The Team Behind the Growth While Seisan Consulting laid the technological groundwork, Christian assembled a dedicated development and marketing team to scale the brand’s reach. His business partner and advisors help drive expansion efforts, oversee new market onboarding, and cultivate relationships with restaurant owners, retail partners, and advertising collaborators. Together, they’ve built a thriving ecosystem of local merchants, customers, and community advocates — all powered by one shared mission: to make saving local, fun, and impactful. A Vision for the Future Christian’s leadership has positioned Quicksave as a community-first digital platform that’s transforming how people discover and support local businesses. With Seisan Consulting continuing to provide top-tier technical support, and with a growing network of partners and brand ambassadors, Quicksave is on track to become a national standard for local savings technology. What started as an idea from a Central Pennsylvania entrepreneur is now a movement — one that blends innovation, small business empowerment, and community connection into a single, powerful platform.

My LeTip chapter really has become that "family" we talk about in the "5 Reasons to Join LeTip". Hardly a week goes by that I don't get a phone call from or make a phone call to another member for a personal reason outside of the wonderful business we share with each other. Yesterday's call that I received was about a house plant. Being able to share with and hear from other business owners who are truly interested in each others' success is invaluable to me!

At twenty-two, I realized I had a natural gift for sales, but I wasn’t in the right industry. As a single mom working late nights and weekends, I knew something had to change if I wanted to get ahead. That’s when I discovered an opportunity in healthcare customer service. I seized it, dreaming of one day selling health insurance. For the time being, though, I handled frustrated customers and processed medical claims, all while quietly building my network within the company. A year later, I was approached about an inside sales position in the Medicare department. I wasn’t licensed to sell and had no knowledge of Medicare, but my first mentor saw potential in me and gave me a chance. I quickly became skilled at setting appointments, and within two years, I was promoted to an outside sales role. My growth didn’t stop there—I rapidly rose to the top as a Medicare sales representative, winning awards and receiving recognition each year for nearly a decade. Eventually, my hard work and dedication earned me a promotion to lead the sales team. I became the first manager of my kind in the company and even planned and hosted my first sales summit in New York City as the new leader. Over the next six years, I managed a top-performing team, winning countless awards and accolades as a leader. I spent 20 fulfilling years in the corporate world, constantly learning, growing, and evolving. I even returned to college and earned my Bachelor’s degree—thanks to the support of my company. But in 2024, I made the bold decision to step away from corporate life and start my own health insurance agency with my brother. While it was by far the scariest decision I’ve ever made, it has also been the best.
