About Marty
My private life and professional career have been an eclectic educational and vocational background that included radio broadcasting; electrical engineering; technical sales; business, sales and operations management; marketing; real estate development; consulting; entrepreneurship; insurance sales; residential and commercial mortgage broker; wine sales; winery management, college level instructor; wine educator.
My wine involvement began in early 1971 with my first exposure to wine. That quickly morphed into every aspect of wine, from winemaking to researching everything about wine and grapes. Along the way, I was the Marketing Director for a boutique Pennsylvania winery, earned a degree in Enology & Viticulture, worked as a Wine Specialist for nearly 6 years, was very involved in the wine community as President of the PA Wine Society, taught online Winery Business Development courses at Penn State University and, finally, my present station in life where I am involved in D-T-C (Direct to Consumer) wine sales.
On a personal note, I raised four kids as a single dad and was recently married in May 2024 to my lovely bride, Claudia!

Marty On Wine, LLC facilitates the Direct-To-Consumer sale of premium wines from multiple conduits that provide access to well over 100 premium wineries located in California, Oregon, Washington, Australia, Argentina, Texas, Spain, Italy, and France.
Marty On Wine, LLC, in the personage of Marty Cook, is available to assist businesses in acquiring premium wines for corporate events (dinners and gala events) as well as for corporate gifting. This may also include private customized wine bottle labeling and customized wine bottle etching.
Marty On Wine, LLC also assists in sponsoring fundraising events as well as arranging to have wine supplied for private consumer affairs such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, gala events, banquets of all types, etm.
Marty On Wine, LLC also serves in the capacity of Wine Educator and speaker for wine-focused events and lectures that include wine instruction & education classes or training classes for tasting room or restaurant staff and the general public.
