About Peggy
I’m Peggy Kraus, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Diabetes Specialist.
I help people get off medications and feel better using small, daily habits that actually work. My background is clinical, but my delivery is simple and human. People stick with me because I make health doable.
From the very beginning, I was drawn to health and wellness because I was fascinated by risk factors—the things that quietly push people toward illness and the simple, powerful habits that pull people back toward health. I’ve always wanted to understand why some people thrive while others struggle, and how everyday choices shape long‑term outcomes.
What motivates me most is watching people realize two things: first, that what they’ve been doing isn’t really working for them, and then, more importantly, that they can do something different. When they try a new strategy, see their numbers improve, and suddenly recognize, “I can actually do this”… that moment never gets old.
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m moving. I love cycling, walking, and exercising with Leo. He keeps me going. At home, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen creating healthier versions of my favorite recipes or playing music with my husband. I live in Hampton Bays, and we have two twenty‑something sons who keep life interesting. I also run an online diabetes support group, offer community education, and stay involved at church. And if you ever want to talk baseball, I’m your person.
I’m in LeTip because relationships matter. When someone in your circle is struggling with weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, or blood pressure, I’m the person who can help them turn things around with a plan that actually works.
About Peggy Kraus Coaching
I’m Peggy Kraus, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Diabetes Specialist.
My business focuses on helping adults who take common medications for blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure, especially those who feel like they’re “stuck” on prescriptions with no real path forward. I work with people who are ready for clarity, structure, and a plan that actually works in real life.
The heart of my work is simple: when people change what they eat and how they move, their numbers change. For people taking diabetes medications, the shift can be dramatic. Within days of adjusting meals and habits, blood sugar begins to steady, energy improves, and people realize they’re not destined for a lifetime of prescriptions. That transformation is what inspired me to create Diabetes Rescue, my 12‑week program designed to help people take back control of their health—without confusion, guilt, or overwhelm.
What sets my business apart is the combination of science‑based strategies, habit‑anchored coaching, and a warm, practical approach that works. I don’t hand out rigid rules or quick fixes. I teach people how to build daily habits that lead to weight loss, lower blood sugar, improve cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, and create long‑term health they can feel.
I work remotely. My programs are completely online, so I can work with anyone, anywhere.
The best referrals for me are adults who are:
• Taking medications for type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, or blood pressure
• Frustrated with their numbers or feeling stuck
• Ready for a clear, supportive plan that helps them regain control of their health
• Looking for a coach who combines compassion, accountability, and real‑world strategies
If someone in your circle is struggling with blood sugar, weight, energy, or consistency, I’m the person who can help them turn things around—with clarity, compassion, and a plan that actually works.
