Hello,
I am a professional hypnotherapist trained in clinical hypnotherapy through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI)—the only nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy in the U.S. I completed a full year of intensive study followed by a six-month supervised clinical practicum. I’m a proud member of both the American Hypnosis Association and Local 472 Hypnotherapy Union.
I work with clients ages five and up, helping them achieve personal, academic, professional, and athletic goals using research-based hypnotherapy techniques. Clinical hypnotherapy is a powerful tool—shown in studies to reduce chronic pain by up to 42%, significantly improve sleep in 58–87% of patients with insomnia, lower anxiety levels, and support fertility and hormonal balance. I’ve helped clients manage menopause, overcome addiction, reduce procedural or injury-related pain, and feel more in control of their mental and physical health—all without side effects.
In early 2023, I was honored to be featured in Allure and InStyle magazines after hypnotizing their senior beauty editors. That same year, I began serving as the Resident Hypnotherapist at The Ritz-Carlton, Central Park (2023–2024). I currently hold residencies at the Park Terrace Hotel, overlooking Bryant Park, and the Ila Only Spa at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel.
In addition to clinical hypnotherapy, I’m also a certified practitioner of circadian and quantum biology through the Quantum Biology Collective. This work focuses on syncing the body with its natural rhythms—because our health starts with light. I teach my clients how to reset their circadian rhythm, improve cortisol balance, and increase serotonin, which supports mood, sleep, and hormonal regulation. Studies have linked circadian misalignment with everything from fatigue and weight gain to infertility, anxiety, and even cancer risk. I help clients reclaim their health by teaching practical light hygiene, grounding practices, and nervous system regulation strategies that work in tandem with hypnosis.
