Mervat Berry is a commercial real estate professional focusing on acquisitions/dispositions and commercial sale and lease representation. Mervat’s background includes appraisals and valuations. This coupled with her keen eye for sourcing opportunities provides her clients with advantageous leverage. She has been an active member of the Las Vegas community for over 18 years and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. As a serial entrepreneur, her interest in the property market started as business owner. Mervat has been on the opposite side of landlords in numerous negotiations of her own leases. She leverages those experiences with clients that she represents. When working with Mervat clients can expect exceptional communication and negotiation skills. She is meticulous with her work and is extremely passionate about her career. Her enthusiasm permeates through the entire transaction. Mervat provides an unmatched devotion to her clients to earn trust, referrals, and repeat business. As a lifelong learner, Mervat is pursuing her CCIM designation. She has become proficient at forecasting cash flows, measuring the effects of leverage and debt service, and a complete financial analysis of her clients’ investments. In her a free time, Mervat enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, playing sports and staying on top of her fitness.
