Elder CareAbout Beth
I specialize in inHOME Care Services, navigating a complex healthcare system, Senior Care Assessments and Solutions, Short Staffing Solutions, Healthcare Education, and Public Speaking on all of these topics. I'm a nursing leader, go-getter, and a Schedule Slayer. As Chief Caregiving Officer I provide unique opportunities for care providers, and I'm excited to offer staffing solutions for facilities. When I work with my clients I always focus on the big picture including the financial bottom line and what makes the most sense. I'm a masters prepared registered nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare experience in various environments and roles which include Longterm Care, Assisted Living Facilities, Level 1 Trauma Hospital, Pre and Post Procedural Recovery, Diagnostic Imaging, Rural Family Medicine, Charge Nurse, Unit Base Nurse Practice Committee Chair, OB Panel Care Coordinator, & INR Care Coordinator. I am focused on providing the highest level of care that is cost effective for all included. One of my favorite past times is frugality! I follow the teachings of Dave Ramsey and Profit First; I highly recommend others to follow their step by step systems. I worked my way up the ranks through caregiving, certified nurses aid, licensed practical nurse, and registered nursing care. Being a nurse is not my only role; I am also a wife, mother of 2, dog mom of 2, sister, daughter, and friend. I began this company with my grandparents in mind. They always taught me to give back to our community through acts of service. I was lucky enough to care for all 4 of my grandparents in their last months of life. During the pandemic, my grandmother was living in an Assisted Living Facility which inevitably locked its doors in the height of covid. We were forced to have visits from the road side, looking up into her second story window. She battled the loneliness, confusion, and ultimately covid to come out on the other side with her love of family still intact. Once she moved into a Longterm Care Facility, I had the honor to care for her and my family as she transitioned on in the spring of 2022. Through my life's journey, I have always been passionate about caring for others in their most vulnerable state. There is nothing more rewarding than bringing joy to others who may be nervous, sad, or unsure. To provide this excellent care, I utilize current best practices by following evidence based and peer reviewed guidelines.
