Mortgage LoansThe quick version: Husband | Father | Mortgage Loan Broker | Tennis Enthusiast | I try to live my life according to the Bible. My working career began in construction. I have an AAS in Construction Management. I worked for a few of the largest commercial contractors in the Chicagoland area as a Project Manager. I've also built upscale custom homes. I founded and grew a service business from zero to almost 600 clients when I sold the business. My bride, Julie, and I have been married for 32 years and it just keeps getting better all the time! I don't have enough adjectives in my vocabulary to properly describe what a blessing she is. We share our home with a rescue dog named Dooby. Workwise today, I'm a mortgage broker. I've been licenses since 2020. Unlike a direct retail lender (who loan their own money), I have access to over 100 wholesale lenders and within reason, can make almost any situation work. I thrive on a good challenge! I love the mortgage business and I love helping people reach their goals. There is a sense of personal satisfaction and accomplishment in doing this. In my free time, I'm a competitive tennis player and play 3 times a week, sometimes 4 times. I also play a little guitar around the house. I'm self sustained around the house and will always try to repair something myself before asking for help. Good leads for me are: 1. Your family, friends or co-workers who may be considering purchasing a home. It's always best to have a discussion with a lender FIRST, before anything else, to understand your options. 2. Real Estate Agents that you know personally, or know well enough to refer. 3. Ask renters that you know if they're saving up for a down payment. If so, they're prime to speak with me. 4. When you hear someone talking about refinancing, please mention me.
