? WHO AM I?
I am an attorney with 35 years in practice handling real estate and business law. Raised in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC, I grew up in a family wholesale and retail business with a large warehouse and 25 stores that spanned the East Coast from the New Jersey outskirts of New York City down to Richmond, Virginia. Working in the stores from the age of 9 and at the corporate offices in my early teens, I learned from a young age how to build relationships with employees, customers, competitors, and product & service providers, as well as developing many management skills.
I have owned 4 businesses of my own and have been a manager in many title & escrow companies and law practices. Many of my clients have become successful business owners and managers or just more successful in their company roles. Equally important are the number of my prior employees and team members who have gone on to own their own successful businesses or successfully manage someone else’s business.
