“The need for speed” motivates Cade Cox’s favorite sport of riding dirt bikes in sand dunes. The ultimate dream is to compete and win the Baja 1000 Trophy Truck class. Cade applies this same competitive edge into a “need to succeed” in his floor care business. Born and raised in Phoenix’s East Valley, Cade learned the commercial cleaning business from his dad and segued into the residential market with his own carpet and floor care company. Cade staunchly believes in zero compromise when delivering 101% customer satisfaction. If an issue arises, he immediately makes it right which strengthens customer loyalty. As a business owner, Cade appreciates the flexibility and independence and is implementing strategies to grow the business so he can spend more time managing and adding staff. On a personal note, Cade’s best friend in high school had a cousin named Melanie. Cade and Mel were on the dive team together and dated through high school. After spending time apart, they realized they were meant for each other, and were married in April 2021. Their honeymoon was NOT riding the sand dunes in Dubai but someday they will book that dream vacation.

Daisy Nadolski’s empathy shines brightly to everyone around her. Her intense desire is to help people with their insurance needs and make certain they are fully protected. Her extensive industry knowledge enables Daisy to invest the time with each client to thoroughly explain the complex world of Health, Medicare, Small Group, Life or Supplemental insurance. Her best piece of advice is to ‘always make sure you are protected from financial exposure’. If given the choice of vacation spots Daisy has three favorites: flying down the black diamond course on a ski slope, visiting Kruger National Park in South Africa, or relaxing on beautiful white sandy beaches in the Philippines where she was born. She is one of 24 siblings (yes 24!) to whom she is still close. Daisy also has a son in the Air Force and her daughter works as a software engineer at Microsoft in Washington state. Her long-term goal? Daisy wants to leverage her experience and ‘give back’ by establishing a charity to help seniors with medical insurance needs in the Philippines.

I've lived in Arizona and specifically East Mesa ever since. I have a beautiful wife and 3 smart and happy boys ages 2, 6, 13. It's fun but I have big goals to reach by the age of 40 and with less than 2 years to go, I gotta work fast. Who needs Solar?

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Joe moved to South Dakota to play college baseball at Mount Marty when he was 18. Eventually he found his way to Phoenix, where he met and married his wife Amanda and they subsequently had two kiddos - Madeline, 8 and Nolan, 6. The irony is that Amanda is also from Omaha and Joe fondly says he had to move to Phoenix to find an Omaha girl! In addition to his busy work schedule, family life keeps Joe active with BMX racing, baseball, swimming, theater, dance and wherever his kids’ interests take them. When Joe finds time alone, he enjoys golfing, watching sports and enjoying cocktails by the pool. To really unwind his favorite vacation spot is Riviera Maya, Mexico. Pass the CERVEZA!
