My experience starting in my LeTip chapter was fairly easy. I had been in a chapter of another networking organization for a couple years prior, and knew what to expect coming in. However, this group was different. They were loose, fun, and you could feel the chemistry of the members right from the first visit.
Our chapter made the decision to move into in-person meetings as soon as possible. I believe we were the first LeTip Chapter in Las Vegas to do so. The power of networking is in the in-person face-to-face relationship building, which is extremely difficult to do remotely. We followed all local guidelines, were safe, and communicated with our members. We are stronger because of it. Our chapter overcomes obstacles by communicating and working together. Our success stories are in our members, as over one-third of our members have been in LeTip for five years or more. What makes us different is our ability to be loose and have fun, while still adhering to the core standards and structure of LeTip. We communicate, treat each other with kindness, and focus on the giver’s gain mentality.
An unusual category that doesn’t exist in LeTip, that I feel isn’t so unusual (especially after these past 1.5 years) is a Live Stream category. This category could be filled by someone who facilitates live streams for bands, conventions, meetings, and even assists companies with their Zoom/GoToMeeting needs.
As of this moment we are looking to fill the following categories:
· Insurance Life, Health, & Disability
LeTip of Red Rock, NV
