Since 1998, our chapter has proudly been part of LeTip, building not only strong business networks but also lifelong friendships. Over the years, we have focused on creating a community where members can grow their businesses, strengthen their communication skills, and truly rely on one another both inside and outside of meetings.
As we step into the new year, our chapter is focused on quality over quantity. Our goal is not simply to expand in numbers but to ensure we have dedicated, engaged members who actively contribute. A key priority is having everyone meet the minimum requirement of four tips, reinforcing the culture of giving and mutual support that makes LeTip so impactful.
What sets our chapter apart is the genuine camaraderie that extends beyond business. We do not just meet for networking, we laugh, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company. This balance of professionalism and friendship creates an environment where business promotion feels natural and enjoyable.
Many of our members credit LeTip for helping them sharpen their speaking skills through weekly commercials, while others have seen significant growth in their businesses thanks to the referrals and partnerships made within the chapter. Our board plays a vital role in keeping the chapter strong by working closely with members who may be struggling to meet requirements. Through open communication and creative solutions, we ensure that every member has the tools and encouragement they need to succeed.
Collaboration is at the heart of our chapter, and our power partnerships show this in action. For example, during storm damage situations, several of our members work seamlessly together: Spencers Trucking and Excavating clears fallen trees, Weatherguard Inc. repairs the roof, ServiceMaster restores the property, and NV Contracting completes any interior or structural repairs.
We also see synergy in the marketing and design world. Global Images Graphic Design and Marketing helps craft logos and promotional items, which are then produced by Reprographics or ProGraphyx, while Graticle Inc. provides website updates to bring the full brand vision to life. These partnerships highlight the strength of working within a trusted network.
In addition to our weekly gatherings, our chapter enjoys quarterly socials. One of the highlights each year is our big annual social event where we recognize achievements with awards such as “Top Tipper of the Year” and other fun acknowledgments. It is a time to celebrate, reflect, and strengthen our bonds.
