Whether business, health or how we choose to spend our time (doom scrolling anyone, tsk, tsk) we are constantly making decisions that as a whole can either promote or prevent our success.
Now don’t get overwhelmed, it’s simple to form a new habit, we do it all the time and don’t even realize it. It’s the repetitive cycle of a visual or physical cue that elicits us to routinely respond with an action that results in a reward (hopefully a positive one). Being the business owner of a private chiropractic practice I know first hand the importance of every decision I make. Being a LeTip member for the past 14 years has certainly become my best business habit! Entering a room full of like minded, enthusiastic business professionals, engaging, networking and building connections with them inside and outside of our weekly meetings has rewarded me with not only business building leads but also lasting relationships with people I can count on and confidently refer to my sphere of influence. Apply this to a healthy morning start to your everyday life and now we have a homerun! Lets face it, the more you thrive the more your business thrives!
As the new year rolls in say goodbye to those short lived resolutions and say “Hello Habits”.
