It’s that time of year, again! Board of Directors (BOD) Training is coming up. You may be asking yourself, “Should I attend this year?” or, “Is it important for me to attend?” The short answer? YES.
When you attend these training programs, you have the opportunity to take part in an idea exchange with other chapters and see what they are doing successfully. We all become even more connected, as a LeTip family. It is of great value to stay connected and keep your chapter moving in a positive direction. Even if you have been a member of the board before, it is always good to refresh your knowledge and we will be providing you with the tools you need to be an effective leader for your chapter. This year, the BOD is going back to basics. We are going back to training based on position.
As leaders, you are the members who keep your chapters engaged, motivated, and moving forward. The growth and success of our chapters relies heavily on a well-informed, dedicated board. We know your time is valuable and the information provided is designed to support you and create the best experience possible for you, as leaders. You are the support system for your chapters, and you don’t have to do it alone. We are here to come alongside you and be YOUR support throughout the journey.
