Matt began his career in real estate as a REALTOR coach and trainer, spending 12 years coaching some of Chicago’s most successful brokers. Having taught thousands of real estate brokers the art of negotiation, listing and bidding strategies, and market analysis, Matt now leverages his expertise to the benefit of buyers, sellers and investors.
Matt joined LeTip in 2016 at the suggestion of a fellow realtor, who is a member at another chapter. Luckily this was a good friend and someone he trusted because his advice proved invaluable. He was told this was a give to get organization and you should not expect any quick return on an investment but that it would pay off in the long run. “He could not have been more right”, says Matt. Matt did not receive a tip for my first nine months despite being the 1st or 2nd top tipper every month. But trusting a friend, Matt stuck with it. By the end of his second year with LeTip, the income from tips had become a strong and steady source of revenue and has grown every year since.
Matt decided to get more involved with LeTip of Chicago Downtown, IL and got on the board. Working side by side with the then current President, matt was able to see the chapter from another perspective. So much so that he ran for President. Matt is only one week in but knows the power of his chapter. There isn’t anything that they can’t face together.
