“My name is Felipe Avina and I am from Mexico. I came to the USA when I was 17 years old, and since then my first job was in the cleaning field. I’ve worked for different companies over the years. My last job as an employee was in one of the biggest corporations in Colorado, where I was an Operator Manager for 11 years. I always dreamed of owning my company one day. Over two years ago, I felt that I was ready to make my dream come true, so my wife and I made a plan. My wife took business classes, and I prepared myself to leave my job to start a new adventure. Even though we had no experience running our own business, our income in the first year was higher than any other year. About a year ago, I was invited to join LeTip. This group could not come in a better time.”

I remember that I was already looking for something that could help me achieve my goals in the business field. In LeTip, I found a family. I felt welcome since day one, and the most important thing is that I saw that this group represents our core values; honesty, integrity and commitment. I like the diversity of the group, and that we care for each other. I talk about my group everywhere I go, and I try to find tips every time I have the opportunity. Talking to other business owners and hearing their accomplishments gives me the strength I need to work harder to achieve mine, so I do not like to miss any meetings. This group has helped me to grow as a person and as a business. I feel more confident when talking to my clients or making decisions, and last year we doubled our business income.
