1. Members must use an official LeTip Sponsorship Form for each member sponsored.

2. All completed sponsorship forms must be received at LeTip International headquarters in Mesa, AZ, no later than 5:00 pm MST, Friday, March 11, 2011. Forms submitted after this date will not be processed.

3. Members may send in completed sponsorship forms at any time prior to the deadline.

4. LeTip International, Inc., will verify every new member listed on each sponsorship form to confirm membership.

5. Only the member whose name appears under the space allocated for “Sponsor” on the corresponding membership application, will get the credit for sponsorship.

6. Corresponding new member applications and membership fees must also be received at LeTip headquarters in Mesa, no later than 5:00pm MST, Friday, March 11, 2011. Applications received after this date will not be credited towards the Winter Membership Drive.

7. To receive credit, all membership applications must be dated between December 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011.

8. Winners will receive renewal certificates which will be postmarked no later than March 1, 2010.

9. First-time guests, who attend a meeting during the last week of the contest, must submit a membership application during that week to be eligible.

10. Renewal certificates are redeemable from March 1, 2011 through October 1, 2011. If a member’s renewal is due from December 1, 2010 through February 28, 2011, the member is still required to make a renewal payment. The certificates earned during this contest are redeemable towards their next year’s renewal.

11. Employees and Ambassadors of LeTip International, Inc. are not eligible to participate.
