1. You must use an official LeTip Sponsorship Form (see next page) for each member sponsored.
7. To receive credit, all Applications must be dated between July 1, 2009 to August 31, 2009.
2. Your completed Sponsorship Forms must be received at LeTip International headquarters in Mesa, AZ, no later than 5:00 pm PST, Friday, September 11, 2009 (No Exceptions). Forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.
8. Winners will receive Renewal Certificates which will be mailed out on October 15, 2009.
3. Members may send in completed Sponsorship Forms at any time prior to the cut off date.
9. First time guests attending meetings during the last week of the contest must submit a Membership Application during that week to be eligible.
4. LeTip International, Inc., will verify each new member listed on each Sponsorship Form to confirm membership.
10. Renewal Certificates are redeemable from October 1, 2009 through October 1, 2010. If a member's renewal falls during July 1, 2009 to August 31, 2009, the member is still required to make a renewal payment. The certificates earned during this contest are redeemable towards your next year's renewal.
5. To receive credit, your name must appear under the space allocated for Sponsor on corresponding Member Applications.
11. Employees and Ambassadors of LeTip International, Inc. are not eligible to participate.
6. Corresponding New Member Applications must also be received at LeTip International headquarters in Mesa, AZ, no later than 5:00 pm PST, Friday, September 11, 2009. (No exceptions.) Applications received after this date will not be credited towards this Summer Membership Drive.
