Dress for Success.

How many of you believe that the first 5 minutes that you meet someone makes a difference in how that person will view you? I have a true story that verifies this statement. Several years ago I made a trip to Italy with my brother who is a doctor. We hadn’t been to Italy since we were very young and our mother had been informing all of the relatives what we had been doing through the years. All they knew was that Frank was a doctor and I was a musician. While we were traveling I wore a sports jacket and slacks and my brother wore shorts and a T shirt. When we got off the plane in Florence my cousin who we hadn’t seen since we were kids picked us up and because I was wearing the sports jacket he thought that I was the doctor and that my brother was the musician. This story shows how important it is to present yourself in a professional manner. Keep in mind what appropriate dress is for each occasion.
