The White LeTip Badge comes with your LeTip Membership. Within a year each member is required to sponsor 1 new member and should be wearing a Green Badge or better.

The Green Badge is when you sponsor 1 new member into any LeTip Chapter (per the Bylaws). Take the initiative, your new Green Badge is the first step to putting "Dollars In Your Pocket.

The Blue Badge is when you sponsor 3 new members into any combination of LeTip Chapters.
